Christina Klanke
“We start from where we are, as we are and what happens, happens."
– T.K.V. Desikachar
Yoga held a great fascination for Christina from a young age. She read many yoga books and attended courses of different traditions. In 2012, she came to Viniyoga and was surprised how well the breath-guided exercises helped her to find more inner peace and balance. After a drastic experience that she was able to cope with better with the help of yoga, the desire arose in her to enable other people to experience the effects of Viniyoga and to become a yoga teacher.
Christina wants to support and strengthen the resources of people with an oncological disease, so that they can better cope with the stresses of the disease and therapy. She is particularly fascinated by the complex effect of yoga, which always unfolds individually.
